Isko Moreno has no intention to insult the work of the President regarding the illegal drugs. He just emphasized that the City Government had done a better execution as per the help of PNP & PDEA which are also under Duterte Admin. Many are belittling 35 numbers arrested in Manila compared to 119,361 arrested as a whole in the entire country from 2016 to 2018 under Duterte government. Isko is just proud that under his supervision, the war on drugs can be harmless and this is a message not intended to Duterte but to all of the Mayors in the Philippines. If the Mayors performed well, the credit will go to the Local Government.
To support this argument, the PNP has to show the information in which city or municipality the casualties on Drugs has numbers so the people would understand the performance of each City in War on Drugs.
We can call also the attention of PCOO who are supposed to be spreading these numbers so that the people could understand and aware of. PCOO & PNA are the main government agencies whose obligations mainly is to provide information to the masses but it seemed that they are just budgeted and no result happened.

Duterte's Satisfaction Rating is almost 87% of the Filipinos. This indicates that the Filipinos support the war on Drugs despite ICC & other countries intervention to this War. The number mentioned above is based on the Philippine National Police record.
Filipinos now can walk with less worry on Drug Addicts when Duterte steps in as President in the country. Whoever is against Duterte, you can not put the good man down as there are 87% backing him. No other leaders from other countries can get 87% satisfaction rating. We are just proud of Duterte and we hope that Isko Moreno continues his good work and we will never know that he may be the future President of the Country.
